daily meds and surya namaskar

I’m taking small steps to make small changes in my daily habits. Trying to be super intentional and live the things I say I value.

I was always saying I like yoga and fitness, but I haven’t really been very consistent, so for the last month, I have been trying to be deliberately living my values.

I have gotten up and given a minimum of 2 minutes up to 10 minutes of meditation before completing at least 3 surya namaskar rounds (sun salutations). I have found it a great way to wake up and the mornings I complete my yoga before touching my phone I wake up faster and brighter.

Do you have things you always want to do but never do? Have you put systems in place to make it happen?
