Welcome, you’re on my Now page.
For me rest time always comes with some reflection, and a revival of energy for passion projects.
My current focus is on:
- Building a morning routine: upon waking drink a big glass of water followed by 108 breaths, 5 sun salutations, and get sweaty and play with calisthenics and an 18 min walk.
- Moving forward with blogging and vlogging; documenting my days with photos and writing blog posts.
- Reconnecting with nature, learning to fly fish, camping and kayaking.
